OUR STORY

Kitchen to Community

Alan began his career as a chef, after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Alan traveled the world working in 4-star hotels and restaurants from Florida to Munich.   After years of paying his dues as a chef for others, Alan opened Keon’s 105 Bistro in Haverhill, Massachusetts and won RAMAES award for the state’s best restaurant in 2007.  The success of the restaurant inspired Alan to write a cookbook featuring favorite dishes from Keon’s.   Alan and his wife Lynn retired to St James Plantation in 2017.  After 2 years of enjoying the retired life, Alan needed something to do, with outstanding business and people skills, real estate was the perfect match.

Debby Daigle started her career in real estate managing and training support staff for The Woodlands Resort in Galveston Texas.   Debby joined the sales team in 1994 and was named “Rookie of the Year.”  Debby moved to St. James Plantation in 1997 and in 2000 opened her own real estate firm Plantation Properties.  For 13 years Plantation Properties successfully held a dominant market share in St. James until Debby sold the firm to RE/MAX in 2013.   January 2020, Debby sold her home in St. James and moved to Brunswick Forest.

Alan and Debby combined their skill of customer service and their knowledge of real estate in 2019 and formed the Daigle Boisvert Real Estate Team.  Since then, they have consistently achieved top team awards with

RE/MAX Essential.

Debby and Alan both earned their Certification for Luxury Home Marketing and are eager to share their expertise and experience with neighbors and friends.
